Yoga
Everyone should feel welcome, safe, and included in their yoga practice- regardless of experience, body type, race, belief system, or whatever the context in which they are showing up on their mat. As the word yoga literally translates ‘to yoke or to bind’, often interpreted as ‘union’, it is at the heart of our practitioners to support this connection to ourselves, others, and our higher selves.
